With the upcoming release their latest album, ‘Hunter Gatherer’, we managed to get a hold of Avatar‘s frontman, Johannes Eckerström to look back at the band’s previous album and touring cycle, reflect on their Kickstarter-backed ‘Avatar Country’ film, discuss the future of the ‘Avatar Country’ themed website and how some things went way out of proportion at times. But we of course also glimpse into the technicalities of recording ‘Hunter Gatherer’ and talk rhythmic video games.
