Pakanafestarit 2025 once again offered a space where tradition, ritual, and contemporary expression met on equal footing. Across the festival grounds, music rooted in folklore, history, and myth unfolded in many forms from intimate, earthbound moments to powerful, commanding performances that felt almost ceremonial in nature.

With performances by The Gallow’s Dance, Ilkka Heinonen, Värttinä, Kallomäki, Havukruunu, and Ínkar, the festival moved fluidly between quiet reflection and overwhelming intensity.
