Eradikated announce new album and release new single ‘British Petroleum’
Swedish thrash metal band Eradikated return with new music and a clear statement. With the release of the single “British Petroleum” via Indie Recordings, the band also announce their second studio album Wiring of Violence, out May 8. The single is released alongside a brand new music video.
“British Petroleum” is fast, furious and unapologetically aggressive. Modern thrash metal rooted in the spirit of the genre, but driven by urgency, political rage and raw energy rather than nostalgia.

“British Petroleum is a big fucking middle finger to the oil industry. The song is punk. It’s fast. It’s furious. Oil companies have knowingly sacrificed humanity for profit for over half a century. Read that three times, then think of this song as pure anger,” says Elvin Landaeus Csizmadia, vocalist, guitarist and lyricist of Eradikated.
Wiring of Violence is produced by Jakob Herrmann and follows the band’s debut album Descendants, which earned Eradikated a Swedish Grammis nomination in 2023 and positioned them as one of the most exciting new thrash acts in Scandinavia.
Known for their explosive live performances and intense crowd connection, the band continues to grow beyond borders.
“British Petroleum” is the opening strike. Wiring of Violence is what follows.
