Battle Beast share the new music video for 'Twilight Cabaret' • GRIMM Gent

Last Friday, Finnish heavy metal sensation BATTLE BEAST proudly releasee their seventh studio album, Steelbound — an electrifying and highly anticipated record that marks a bold new chapter for the band.

With Steelbound, BATTLE BEAST deliver a dynamic mix of power, melody, and attitude. The album roars to life with crushing heavy tracks like ‘Last Goodbye’, flirts with pop brilliance on ‘Angel Of Midnight’, invites everyone to the dance floor with unapologetic party anthems like ‘Here We Are’, and uplifts spirits with the empowering title track ‘Steelbound’.

A thunderous monument of defiance and resilience, Steelbound stands as an earnest battle cry for anyone who has ever been dismissed, diminished, or silenced — and at the same time, it radiates pure positivity and joy. For 38 minutes, fans are invited to throw their worries away, sing, dance, headbang, and do whatever feels right!

To mark this special day, BATTLE BEAST have also unveiled a brand-new music video for ‘Twilight Cabaret’, offering fans another glimpse into the vibrant world of Steelbound.

‘Twilight Cabaret’ marks the next chapter in one of BATTLE BEAST’s most riotous and sharp-edged tales. Almost a decade has passed, and the shadows have only grown deeper.

Set in a world where power corrupts and truth is bent, the song paints a grim vision of rulers who erode justice, control the media, and spread distrust toward knowledge and reason. Says Janne Björkroth, the composer of the song and producer of the album:

“We never set out to play it safe. With Twilight Cabaret, we wanted to cut deeper, both musically and lyrically, with layered lyrics and blending Latin infusions with metal. The result is a theatrical anthem with a sinister twist, and we’re genuinely proud of it. It always felt like a song that had to be written”.

And the celebration doesn’t stop there — the band’s European tour kicked off last Friday, October 17th, as well with a massive show in Hamburg at the legendary Fabrik.
