Finnish dark folk act Nobody released 'Pompeii' single from upcoming EP • GRIMM Gent

Finnish one-man dark folk band Nobody released the new single ‘Pompeii’. The track is taken from the forthcoming EP ‘Jesus Ain’t Cumming’ which is set to be released on December 18th 2025.

The man behind Nobody, Tuomas Kauppinen comments on the single:

“The city of Pompeii was destroyed when it was founded in defiance of the people against the gods, next to a volcano that would eventually bring about its annihilation. The song is a memory of its people, their loves and hates, the downfall of an empire that could not survive its sicknesses, nor the remedies it would have needed to heal.”
