Another Sky released new single ‘Uh Oh!’

Indie Rock, Noise Rock, Post-Punk, Post-rock, Progressive Rock

Another Sky have released their new single ‘Uh Oh!’, the fourth track released by the South London quartet so far this year. After a three-year absence from the spotlight following the release of their debut album ‘I Slept On The Floor’, these tracks herald an exhilarating creative step forward for Another Sky and are leading up to band’s show at London’s Lafayette on the 8th of November.

Another Sky‘s long-awaited comeback single “Psychopath” was a far more punchy and direct rock song than anything the band had previously released, and was followed up with ‘A Feeling’ which received strong support across BBC Radio 1 and 6 Music. Continuing the ferocious sentiments and instrumentation of the previous two singles, they swiftly followed with ‘Burn The Way’.

‘Uh Oh’ finds the band wrestling with their newly found creative zest, holding frustration and hindsight with both hands, and having a lot of fun with it too. Snappily thundering guitars and bass, fast becoming the quartet’s signature, accompany lyrics that hark back, negatively, to innocence and novelty. Yet, the track has a wildly uplifting feeling, and is sure to become a firm fan favourite at upcoming live shows.
