Reflecting on her whirlwind fall tour and the cathartic journey behind “FADE OUT”, Kami Kehoe shares:

“Fade Out was definitely a harder song for me to write. I was going through a really low point and all I can remember was feeling like it was never ending. I ended up calling my mom during the spiral and she told me “It will all fade,” and “One day you’ll look back, and you won’t even remember,” and the next day I went into the studio and wrote fade out.”

Looking back at the sessions that brought “FADE OUT” to life, producer Curt Martin revisits the creative process behind shaping the track into one of Kami‘s most striking tracks yet:

“Kami and I locked in heavy this year, building and evolving her sound together, and Fade Out was one of those records that hit different the moment she stepped into the booth. She came in carrying real emotion and vulnerability you can hear in her writing, and I focused on building the world around it.
