The Estes Method deliver hauntingly raw new single ‘Forgotten’

Alternative Rock

Alt-rock force THE ESTES METHOD returns with a gripping new single, “Forgotten,” a track that cuts deep, hits hard, and refuses to be ignored. Blending raw emotion with thunderous instrumentation, “Forgotten” marks a bold step forward for a band that continues to carve out its own lane in the modern rock landscape.

“Forgotten” is a dark, atmospheric track centered on the experience of hitting your lowest point and feeling lost and disconnected while searching for a way back to yourself. The song moves through themes of fragility, uncertainty, and internal struggle, using imagery like a ‘glass soul’ and the night sky to represent both vulnerability and guidance. At its core, it’s about following the ‘shine’ through the darkness and allowing that pull to lead you toward strength, clarity, and self-rediscovery.”

From the first note, “Forgotten” pulls listeners into a storm of atmosphere and intensity. Driven by haunting melodies, crushing guitars, and a vocal performance that feels both vulnerable and defiant, the song explores the fear of being erased of slipping through the cracks of memory, relationships, and time itself.

THE ESTES METHOD is a female-fronted metal band forged in the shadows of Kansas City, MO. Blending haunting melodies with brutal riffs, they explore themes of personal ruin, rebirth, and the chaos in between. Fusing heavy metal with dark atmospheres and cinematic tension, their sound is a descent into emotional extremes — equal parts raw vulnerability and unrelenting power.
