Fabulae Dramatis releases new video single ‘The Jungle of Ego’

“Mundo de maldad, mundo de vanidad”. With this tribal chant in Spanish, Fabulae Dramatis continues the musical storyline of “VIOLENTA”. Which means “World of evil, world of vanity”.

With ‘The Jungle of Ego‘, the band brings a social critique, expressing discontent with how modern society has become overly focused on superficiality and disconnected from reality due to the influence of digital technology and media. It is a call for introspection and a return to more authentic, meaningful values. Vanity, deception, loss of reality, ego and isolation are the themes that the band addresses.

Fabulae Dramatis presents this song through a visualizer for the first time instead of a fully produced videoclip. In order to convey the attention to the lyrics and its message; To cherish the magic of simplicity. The picture of “The Huitoto Indian Woman” by Felipe Noriega | Studioblanco was taken in 2016 in the Macuna community of Macedonia at the Colombian Amazon riverside.
