I Am Your God reveal last single before the new album release

Melodic Death Metal

In anticipation of their third studio album, young Finnish metal unit I Am Your God release one more single before album release on April 18th: “Part Of The Ocean” is now available everywhere.

>> Listen + watch: https://IAmYourGod.lnk.to/PartOfTheOcean

The band about the song:

“For the last song we made for the album, we managed to forge ”Part Of The Ocean” which may be the most metalcore song by IAYG so far. The song will make you zone in the moment with it’s chasing riffs mixed up with interesting and emotional melodies. The message in the lyrics is that even if you have the darkest moment ever or feel like your lust for life is fading away, you can still always find the light – if not through yourself, at least through other people or a loved one.“

Solidifying their place in the modern metal scene, Finland’s I Am Your God reveal their third longplayer, ominously titled “Δ” (Trinity).

With their stormy, passionate attitude of youth, I Am Your God combine catchy melodies and heavy riffs in the typical Scandinavian way and transfer 2000’s Melodic Death Metal into present times. “Δ” is yet another demonstration of how versatile this band’s musical range is and how far they can go.

”Our third album is the heaviest, the fastest and also the most melodic and beautiful so far. Lyrically it is a concept album, painting a story from an era that dragged the teller deep into the black. The story is told from several points of view that will open up through the music and lyrics the way we haven’t done before.”

“Δ” will see the light of day on April 18th 2025. Pre-order now via https://IAmYourGod.lnk.to/Trinity
