This project is my life,” says Rifo. And you can feel it in every beat. No boundaries, no compromise, filled with personal stories, thoughts and moments that shaped The Bloody Beetroots into what it is today.

“This release is both a thank you and a stand. Because in a world that rewards conformity, I still believe the real rebellion is staying true to yourself.” – Sir Bob Cornelius Rifo

This is The Bloody Beetroots. FOREVER.

Inspired by his lifelong love of punk rock and comics, Rifo first introduced The Bloody Beetroots in 2006, offering music fans an intense sound that mixes classical training and a passion for electronic music into an edgy rock-meets-dance hybrid.

After the critically acclaimed debut LP Romborama, featuring the iconic “Warp 1.9” with Steve Aoki, dropped in 2009, the second LP Hide in 2013 successfully migrated into crossover territory with collaborations with rock and alternative icons like Paul McCartney and Tommy Lee. By 2017’s The Great Electronic SwindleRifo continued the electronic-rock narrative with guest spots from Perry Farrell, Jet, Gallows, Deap Vally and more.

Two additional EPs, 2019’s Heavy (with Zhu and Dr. Fresch) and 2021’s The Catastrophists (with Tom Morello) have continued to push The Bloody Beetroots forward, while appearing in games like MXGP Pro, Madden NFL, Asphalt, FIFA, Need for Speed, UFC, RiMS Racing and commercials by BMW, Fiat, Lancôme, Ducati and many others as well as live shows around the globe including appearances at Coachella, Lollapalooza, Primavera, Pinkpop, Fuji Rock and more.
