Paleface Swiss release single and video ‘Everything Is Fine’

, ,

“Everything Is Fine” marks the final single ahead of the band’s highly anticipated The Wilted EP, set for release on January 2nd, 2026. After a year of intense global touring, including more than 35,000 tickets sold in the United States and a fully sold-out run across Australia, the band enters this final release stretch with a focused, multimedia-driven campaign across Europe, the UK, and North America. And also heading out on tour with the new musical edition for Europe & UK this January/February

“Everything Is Fine” expands the emotional narrative introduced through the earlier singles of the Wilted cycle. It balances melancholic intensity with Paleface Swiss’ trademark heaviness while presenting one of the most cinematic pieces the band has released to date.

Zelli talks:

“Everything Is Fine tells the story of two lovers caught in situations they cannot change. They face unfair trials that wound them, yet they try to accept what neither wants to accept. In trying to numb the pain, it only cuts deeper because they keep asking why love fails even when they’ve done everything right.“

With The Wilted EP on the horizon, this final single acts as the last emotional threshold, pulling listeners into a world of reflection, pressure, and cathartic release.

The music video for “Everything Is Fine” represents a new creative direction within the Wilted era. Written and directed by Kriss Jakob, the visual extends the emotional themes as love & death walking close while of the EP and blends narrative storytelling with the raw energy in Paleface Swiss has become known for. For the first time, Zelli took also the part and co-edited the music video giving the visual an intimate connection to the band’s creative identity and strengthening the overall concept of this final single. The result is a deeply atmospheric, dramatic piece that leads directly into the tone and world of The Wilted EP.

The Wilted EP was born in the aftermath of relentless momentum. Written across months of mostly-sold-out touring through Europe, the U.S., and Australia, it traces the burnout, emotional collapse, and uneasy regrowth that comes in the wake of releasing a life-alteringly successful albumand trying to learn how to navigate the aftermath. If Cursed documented the breaking point, The Wilted EP lingers in what comes after. The hollow quiet, the spiraling mind, the fragile attempts to maintain forward motion and continue to rise.

Its visual identity continues the band’s symbolic language of flowers: blooms that were once vivid when featured on the Cursed album artwork, are now curled and brittle. An unflinching depiction of decay and disintegration.
