Album Reviews

‘Will of the People’ is probably the most exciting piece of music that Muse has released in the last decade with something for fans of all the different sounds they’ve had in their 28 years of existence. Released via Warner Records and Helium-3.

Mantah brings you low tuned and heavy guitar riffs. Their album ‘Evoke’ gives a mix between late 90s nu metal, modern metal and metalcore, very melodic and heavy at the same time. A beautiful album to listen to, musically at first, but also lyrically when you take the time to dive deeper into this album.

Requiem brings us 9 tracks that while maintaining a bit of earlier Korn sounds also brings us modern Nu-Metal sounds and packs a punch.

Gemini Syndrome brings with the 3rd Degree – The Raising the final chapter in their trilogy. An excellent and powerful album full of hooked and groovy melodies.

For the first time in almost 10 years Evanescence puts out new music. Get ready to jam to this heavy hitting masterpiece.

From Ashes To New bring back the nu metal/rap metal sound from a couple of decades back and do it damn well!

“Pitfalls” is the album that nobody expected from Leprous. Alternative and progressive mixed as one topped with beautiful emotional melodies.

Crossfaith raises the party again on “Ex-Machina” with their signature sound of metal, electronic music and melody!

Nonpoint’s new album might be better suited to be played in the background than with your full focus towards it. Save it for car rides rather than headphone listening. Read more about it here!
