Watch Benighted’s Kevin Paradis perform drums for new Formicarius song

Current Benighted drummer Kevin Paradis (Mithridatic, Agressor, ex-Svart Crown, etc.) has just released a drum play-through for his work with symphonic black metal unit Formicarius. Check out the recording below and see how effortless the drum lines for ‘Beyond The Veil Of Flesh‘ look when a pro like Paradis is playing them.

Paradis apparently wasn’t the only guest to chime in on the new Formicarius. Sakis Tolis of Rotting Christ was asked for his artistic input in the album’s creation, while Nicholas Miller of Aklash will provide violin to the symphony. ‘Rending The Veil Of Flesh‘ was mixed and mastered at Parlour Studios where other renowned black metal artists such as Dimmu Borgir, Venomous Concept, or Samael got their fix.

Formicarius‘ sophomore record ‘Rending The Veil Of Flesh‘ will hit the shelves on September 13th via Schwarzdorn Production.
