DANKO JONES was touring Europe to support their 12th studio long player ‘Leo Rising’. A triumphant journey through the venues of the continent, and most places have been sold out. This was true for the Mannheim gig as well, a fully packed concert hall and eagerly anticipating crowd were the perfect ingredients for a memorable night and the classic rock of support Tuk Smith and The Restless Hearts was a perfect tastemaker to get things going!

This year Lemmy Kilmister left this mortal realm 10 years ago. Mötorhead, the band that Lemmy brought to life, was founded 50 years ago. Phil Campbell joined Mötorhead over 40 years ago. What a list of anniversaries, and what better reasons to celebrate? We caught Phil Campbell and The Bastard Sons in Stuttgart, Germany on one of the stops of their “50 years of Mötorhead” celebration tour, with support from Airstrike!
