First teaser for Delirium by Lacuna Coil

Yesterday evening, a video with the name Hallway – Untold Stories was posted on the Facebook of Century Media records. When clicking on it, the first teaser for Lacuna Coil’s coming album Delirium becomes visible.

The video has a horrorish vibe where you can see singer Cristina in a mirror accompanied by a very dark sound with heavenly grunts from singer Andrea Ferro. It’s all very mysterious but the only thing we can say for sure is that the sound of the next Lacuna Coil album will be different from what we heard before. It will be heavier, darker and more grunts will be included.

It’s heavier than the previous albums we did, which is kind of surprising because a lot of bands are going the other way around and getting softer and more accessible.

In the last months we could see pictures appearing on the Instagram of bass player Marco and the official Facebook profile of Cristina, it’s also on these social medias that we found out the mixing and mastering for Delirium has been completed. The release of this album can be expected around the end of May, until then we wait for more information.
