Kid Bookie drops new track ‘Get Out’

Following the release of his critically acclaimed new album, ‘SONGS FOR THE LIVING // SONGS FOR THE DEAD’ (available on MARSHALL RECORDS), South-East London’s KID BOOKIE shares his latest intense offering, ‘GET OUT,’ featuring GRIFFIN TAYLOR from the metal act VENDED. Mixed by award-winning engineer Romesh Dodangoda (Nova Twins, Bring Me the Horizon, Holding Absence), ‘GET OUT’ merges trap, rap, and electro with harsh metal to create one of Bookie’s most visceral tracks. “Griffin and I always spoke about doing something on our own. We are both massive rap fans even though we are predominantly known for rock” Bookie explains. “Rap and hip-hop are in our blood, man… Gotta bring this rock shit to the hood sometimes. It’s not always Chad Kroeger doing up rockstar; sometimes it’s grit, blood and a massive fuck you”.
