Satellite Citi fire back with new single ‘Triggers’ featuring Love Ghost

Alternative Rock, Hard Rock

Los Angeles-based hard rock duo, Satellite Citi, have released their latest single, “Triggers” ft. Love Ghost. Driven by thunderous guitars, explosive drums, and a haunting vocal interplay between the two acts, “Triggers” captures the anxiety and outrage of a generation grappling with the rising of the mental health crisis and the relentless reality of gun violence. The track is now available on all major streaming platforms, which you can listen to HERE.

Speaking on the single release, Shaunt Sulahian (guitars) shares:

“This is without a doubt our favorite song we’ve written, and we’re so stoked to put it out into the world, especially after playing it live for the last few months.

The theme of the track is synonymous with mental health and gun violence as we’re both sick of the world being desensitized to the shootings that plague this country. It was produced by our good friend Karnig Manoukian and includes some sick guest vocals by the very talented Love Ghost.”

“Triggers” arrives on the heels of the band’s recent appearance on Good Day LA, where they sat down with anchor Araksya Karapetyan to discuss the stigma surrounding mental health in immigrant communities while also promoting the brand new track. Watch the full segment HERE.

Satellite Citi have been steadily building momentum, with over 1.5 million Spotify streams, a previous single “Anxious Hearts” featured on KROQ’s Locals Only, and a standout performance for Guitar Center x Jam in the Van — watch it HERE. With no plans of slowing down, the band will be releasing a new single every eight weeks, collaborating with a diverse lineup of producers across Los Angeles.

Be sure to stay tuned for more Satellite Citi news coming very soon.

Satellite Citi is a Los Angeles-based hard rock duo powered by Anna Gevorkian, who commands both lead vocals and drums, and Shaunt Sulahian, whose intense guitar riffs and backing vocals drive their explosive sound. Their live shows are elevated by mysterious musicians known as the Spacewalkers, adding atmospheric layers and intrigue to the performance. Known for their cinematic edge, the band’s latest EP Spacewalker, produced by Grammy-winner David Bottrill, is paired with a comic book they authored, exploring themes of betrayal, grief, and hope.

Deeply rooted in mental health advocacy, Satellite Citi channels personal experiences with fear and anxiety into music meant to inspire resilience and connection. Their work has been featured in The Freak Brothers and Long Live Rock… Celebrate the Chaos, sharing space with artists from Metallica and Slipknot. With praise from outlets like HuffPost, Guitar World, and Loudwire, Satellite Citi continues to build a reputation as a force in both sound and storytelling.
