Chris Maragoth releases new single ‘The Entrance (Renascentia)’
Chris Maragoth released a brand new single ‘The Entrance (Renascentia)’ on September 25th 2026. This single is the first from his upcoming new album ‘Bonds of Grief’, that’s going to be released at the end of November this year. The title sounds once again very promising, so let’s check it out!

The song starts rather mysterious, like something is lurking around the corner. Subtle strings are strung, a violin becomes louder and louder. After about a minute, the electric guitar gets to speak. It strums fast, but the notes progress slow, leaving a solid impact and keeping you alert. The instruments keep slowly dancing together. The sounds find each other and create the beginning of a story. The guitar goes back to fast strumming slow notes, until it reaches the end and the note rings out.
This is the opening track of upcoming album ‘Bonds of Grief’. Chris Maragoth always creates these amazing stories with his music, and I’m curious to know what the upcoming album has in store for us.
On this track, he is once again joined by Sanya Smileska on violin and Polina Faustova on cello.
