Eonian shares epic new single ‘Uktena’, featuring Fleshgod Apocalypse’s Fabio Bartoletti
US-based Spanish guitarist Jaume Antuñano has returned with a towering new single from his symphonic and melodic death metal project, EONIAN. Titled “Uktena,” the track is available now across all major streaming platforms and the official Eonian Bandcamp page.
Known for fusing technical death metal aggression with massive, cinematic orchestral arrangements, Antuñano’s latest offering dives deep into Cherokee mythology. The track takes its name and concept from the legendary Uktena—a fierce, horned water serpent of traditional Cherokee storytelling.
Adding to the single’s intensity, “Uktena” features a blistering guest guitar solo by Fabio Bartoletti, lead guitarist of Italian symphonic death metal giants Fleshgod Apocalypse. The collaboration elevates the track’s signature blend of extreme metal savagery and neo-classical virtuosity.
The complete line-up of this song is:
Jaume Antuñano (guitars, songwriting, lyrics)
Fabio Bartoletti (guitar solo)
