Pop metal act Major Moment release emotive animated video for ‘You’ll Never Know’

Alternative Metal, Modern Metal

The captivating metal act Major Moment bring to life their moving and earnest offering ‘You’ll Never Know‘ through a heartfelt and poignant animated lyric video. While the video lays bare the dark and difficult and personal experiences explored in the track, at the heart of ‘You’ll Never Know’ is a message to those encountering struggles that you are not alone. Watch ‘You’ll Never Know‘ HERE!

The band comments on ‘You’ll Never Know’:

“’You’ll Never Know’ was one the first demos I started myself from scratch, which was extremely hard, but somehow within an hour or so I had a pretty strong instrumental idea that we developed into what you can hear now. As I was writing it, I knew right away what this song was going to be about. Having difficult relationships with parents is very hard, apparently, it was something I had to deal with for the first time and in the worst possible circumstance, while your home country is at war with its neighbor, and while being on the opposite sides of the Earth with your parents. So I think this song captured my feelings very accurately. I hope it will give strength to someone else going through conflicts alike.” – Sasha

“One of my goals on The Pain That Makes Us Grow was to encourage Sasha to be brave, bold and embrace her own insecurities when it comes to being creative, help her overcome self-doubt and teach her to see past ideas that might look rough at first, to see the forest for the trees. It’s a truly liberating and breathtaking feeling when you see your own ideas come to life and transform into a banger. I’m super-proud of her progress, and ‘You’ll Never Know’ was born from this struggle with herself. Can’t wait for everyone to hear what else Sasha’s been working on.” – Andrey

Boston-based Major Moment produce compelling pop-metal comprised of modern production, heavy riffs, and melodic vocals resulting in an intense cinematic sound. The band draws heavily from personal experiences to create music that speaks earnestly to, and connects with, their audience. ‘You’ll Never Know‘ has see the band gained success not only on the airwaves in the US, currently on rotation on SiriusXM Octane, but also across the pond in the UK and Europe notably featuring on TotalRock Radio and Emerging Rock Bands Radio. Emotionally powerful and innovative, Major Moment are currently releasing a series of singles ahead of the forthcoming The Pain That Makes You Grow.

The independent Boston outfit released their debut EP one small stEP in 2018. This was just the beginning of their hard work carving out a path for their distinctive and driven sound. Followed in 2019 by The Sequel, the EP soon gained recognition with its first single, ‘Living Your Life Like This’, achieving over 100K streams on Spotify in its first month. Their forthcoming album, The Pain That Makes Us Grow, sees the band push themselves further in the diversity of their sound, and delve into an array of dark and emotive themes including toxic relationships, personal growth, warfare, dangers of propaganda and living in the past.

The band’s charismatic style lends itself perfectly to the live stage. Major Moment performed on Hilton Stage at the Winter NAMM Show 2019, and went on to Monster Stage of the Blue Ridge Rock Festival 2021 among a line-up including Skillet, Breaking Benjamin, Shinedown, Papa Roach, Bad Omens, and more. In 2023, the quintet shared the stage with Enter Shikari at Louder Than Life. Major Moment have also supported national touring artists such as Adelitas Way, Gemini Syndrome, Cold, Ra, Shallowside, Makari, Calling All Captains, and Outline In Color.

Phenomenally, Major Moment have received over 40 songwriting and music awards and nominations, including the most notable “The Lennon Award” and “Rock Song of the Year” at the John Lennon Songwriting Contest, “Best Rock Production” and “Best Lyric Video” at Independent Music Awards two years in a row. To date, they have obtained over 5 million streams on Spotify, 1.8 million views on YouTube, and half million streams on Pandora.
