We stepped into another realm with Auri’s first-ever concert in Helsinki at the end of August, a night of pure enchantment at the Huvila Park concert tent. Magical vocals, mesmerizing atmosphere, and one of 2025’s true live highlights, with support from Eye of Melian.
Earlier this year, Hexvessel released their new album ‘Polar Veil’ via Svart Records, taking the psychedelic folk rock towards the black metal origins of their leader Mat “Khvost” McNerney. And to celebrate the release, they did a few release shows in Finland, of which we got to enjoy the captivating Helsinki show in Kuudes Linja, with support from Unfyros.

Back in March, Leprous dropped by Vanha Ylioppilastalo in Helsinki on their “Aphelion European Tour” and swept us away with a night of exceptional music, supported by Monuments and Kalandra.
German folk outfit Faun made it all the way to Finland to turn Helsinki rock club Tavastia in a magical place filled with legendary tales and creatures dancing to their wonderful tunes. With them came the Italian duo Emian to get us in the right mood. So many thanks to TuskaLive for bringing these lovely people there!
Heilung came, saw and conquered the sold out Jäähalli in Helsinki at the end of October, yet another absolutely magical show by a phenomenon in the music scene. And their guests Eivør and Lili Refrain were the perfect people to warm an already excited crowd up even more!
A couple of months ago, the French vikings of Skáld came to put a spell on everyone that showed up at Ääniwalli with their Nordic folk and turned the night into one to remember. Support came from the hurdy-gurdy maestro Guilhem Desq, an event by All Things Live Finland.
Eivør made it back to Finnish soil to put us under a spell with her gorgeous music and vocals at the legendary Tavastia club in Helsinki!
A night of Satanic doo-wop with Twin Temple and wholesome atmospheric tunes from Hexvessel. What a way to get through the rest of your week!
