At the end of March it was time for a fantastic rock and metal opera in Stuttgart’s Schleyerhalle, Tobias Sammet’s multi musician project Avantasia held court. A fantasy stage layout built the base for a 3-hour spectacle that was packed with a long line of guest vocalists.

Melodic heavy metal stars Dynazty released their latest album on valentines day with Nuclear Blast earlier this year. A solid album that plays with melodies and pitches and a great addition to their discography!

US D&D-inspired epic doom/trad/power metal group Behölder shared their second single ‘Eyes of the Deep’, featuring Tomi Joutsen from Amorphis, from their upcoming album ‘In the Temple of the Tyrant’ out at the end of April via Black Lion Records!

Lutharo released a video for the track ‘Bonded To The Blade’ of their album ‘Chasing Euphoria’, released with Reigning Phoenix Music last year, only a couple of weeks before they go on tour in Europe with Fellowship and Frozen Crown!

The German alternative metal band ENEMY INSIDE is on the road to promote their latest studio album, ‘Venom’, out via Reigning Phoenix Music. Accompanying them are LETTERS SENT HOME, completing the line-up for the ‘Venom Europe Tour 2025’ as the support act for the majority of the stops. One of the 18 gigs took place in Stuttgart, in the cosy club atmosphere of ‘Im Wizemann Studio’.
