Power metal duo Hans & Valter release debut single ‘Land of the Free’

   ’In the Land of the Free, where brave men must kneel, and the journey of our heroes begins’

Sweden’s latest power metal band Hans & Valter are proud to share the release of their debut single “Land of the Free”.

Inspired by Gloryhammer, Twilight Force, and Brothers of Metal, the band is described as “A cinematic universe, but with more music and less cinema – a musical universe”.

The first single builds up to the debut album “The Legend of the Oakensource” (set for release spring 2025) where listeners will follow the warriors Hans & Valter as they seek to save Flour Village from Dark Lord Renius’ reign of terror, doing everything in their might to prevent The Endless Night.

Hans & Valter focus on writing heavy hitting power metal anthems made for the masses. Inspired by Gloryhammer, Twilight Force and Brothers of Metal, the band offers whimsical yet entertaining music, taking every chance to increase the fun factor while telling an epic tale.

Hans & Valter are the titular protagonists in a musical universe set in an alternative Sweden. Real life friends become heroes, neighborhoods become mythical forces, and villages become majestic monarchies, as our heroes’ journey takes them from classic fantasy quests, to preventing alien robot invasions, and ultimately, saving the multiverse.
