Lost Society and Amorphis gave us a little preview last Friday of the upcoming ‘Halo’ European Tour, when they did a show together at Logomo’s Terassikesä in Turku, Finland.

An Ice Nine Kills show is an absolute visual spectacle, and we were at one of their completely sold out shows in Finland at Vanha Ylioppilastalo in Helsinki with support from SKYND and Lansdowne!

Spiritbox

The last stop on the European mainland before heading towards the UK: Spiritbox with special guest Invisions, and openers Unprocessed at the Effenaar in Eindhoven, the Netherlands!

Day 2 of Tuhdimmat Tahdit was just as hot. Carnival Academy, Heavy Metal Perse, Antony Parviainen Trio, Turmion Kätilöt, Metalite, Wolfheart, Shereign, Before the Dawn, Brymir, Mokoma, Swallow the Sun and lastly Battle Beast. Master Events gave us a festival that is certainly worth coming back to.

Tuhdimmat Tahdit and Master Events brought one very hot festival to Tampere’s Ratinanniemi. It started with Verikalpa and ended with Beast in Black, but we also can’t forget about all the bands in between: Transworld Identity, Prestige, Ensiferum, Bloodred Hourglass, Dynazty, Lordi, Mors Subita, Dead by April and Diablo.

The second day of Rockfest 2023, the Red Stage by Soundi was the place to be for stellar performances by Von Hertzen Brothers, Escape The Faith, Testament and Stam1na.

Jinjer

Jinjer is on tour through Europe this summer, and we attended their show in Lille, France. Warm up act was the French band Hypno5e!

An evening full of fun, for young and old, with one of Belgium’s best and most popular metal bands of the past 3 decades: Channel Zero; with support from Temptations for the Weak.

The ever popular Swedish metalcore outfit Imminence came to blow us away at a completely sold out On The Rocks in Helsinki, with the help of the energy bomb that is Blood Command to set things off!
