Tuska 2026 lineup now complete with international veterans, genre-defying acts and homegrown heavyweights
Tuska Festival has just rounded out its 2026 lineup in style, bringing together a massive roster that spans metal’s past, present and future. Set to take over Suvilahti in Helsinki from June 26–28, 2026, the festival has built one of its most diverse and exciting lineups yet through a series of announcements.

Early waves of additions strengthened Tuska’s foundation with industrial, hard rock, death metal and melodic doom influences. Acts like Swedish industrial metal veteran Pain, Danish rock legends D-A-D, American stadium-ready death metal outfit Gatecreeper and genre-blending aurorawave brought fresh energy to the Friday bill. Saturday and Sunday were bolstered with atmospheric and melodic acts including Swallow The Sun, emotive emo-rockers The Funeral Portrait, melodic death act Survivors Zero and Finnish alternative pioneers Sara, alongside underground mainstays and storytelling-driven bands such as Kallomäki and Kajos.
Late last month, another wave elevated the bill further with both homegrown heroes and boundary-pushing international names. Amorphis — one of Finland’s most celebrated metal exports — joins festival Sunday following the recent release of their acclaimed Borderland album, while legendary heavy metal stalwarts Tarot mark the 40th anniversary of their seminal debut. Progressive-leaning Italians Lunarsea, Welsh ragga-metal innovators Skindred, genre-twisting electrifiers Awake Again and technical underground favourites Omnivortex also bring fresh excitement. Eight up-and-coming acts from the Tuska KVLT initiative round out this wave, showcasing rising metal talent from across styles.
The final piece of the puzzle arrived last week when Tuska revealed the last three additions to the complete 2026 lineup: Japanese heavy metal icons Loudness, Finnish metal project Warmen, and Leeds-based genre hybrid outfit Caskets. These final confirmations bring even broader international flavour to an already packed bill.
With headliners like Megadeth, Bring Me The Horizon and Bad Omens leading three days of music, Tuska 2026’s full lineup now reads as one of the festival’s most ambitious ever — blending classic metal pedigree, contemporary heavy innovators, and a wealth of local and emerging talent.
