Belgian post-metal outfit Juneau share new single ‘Heave’

Post-metal

Belgian post-metal band Juneau has just released their brand-new single ‘Heave’, the first track to be unveiled from their forthcoming second full-length studio album ‘Scraps of the Final Lights’ (Tokyo Jupiter Records (JAP), A Cheery Wave Records (UK) & De Mist Records (NL)). Known for their raw energy, brooding atmosphere, and emotionally charged soundscapes, Juneau takes a bold step forward with this latest offering — one that marks the beginning of a compelling new chapter in their musical evolution.

‘Scraps of the Final Lights’ will be released in October 2025.

‘Heave’ seamlessly blends haunting melodies with crushing instrumentation, delivering the band’s signature balance between intensity and introspection. The track reveals a matured, refined sound, introducing new sonic textures and dynamic shifts while remaining rooted in the raw, heartfelt essence that defines Juneau’s identity.

With their debut album ‘Cloack‘ already cementing their place in the Belgian underground scene and earning attention beyond its borders, this upcoming second album promises to further expand their sonic universe and reach. ‘Heave’ offers a glimpse into what’s shaping up to be their most ambitious and emotionally resonant work to date.

The single ‘Heave’ is now available on all major streaming platforms.

Release Show ‘Scraps of the Final Lights’ with support Walfang on the 25th of October in De Wommel, Wommelgem.
