Tuska announces Megadeth as the third headliner + more confirmed names
Tuska Festival continues to expand its 2026 roster, adding a heavy new wave of acts to its already promising lineup. Among the top additions is Megadeth, confirmed as Friday’s headliner — a long-awaited apex for thrash fans and possibly a last chance to see them. Supporting them: metalcore stalwarts Trivium, alt-rock veterans P.O.D., Finnish powerhouses Stam1na and Lost Society, and rising act Paleface Swiss.

The announcement also introduces Return To Dust, the electronic-metal hybrid The Browning, the heavy metal nuns of Dogma, and energetic newcomers Slope and 802. Expanding the more experimental and post-metal edge are Swedish band Allt and the heavyweight Atlas. Finally, Kneel Before The Death rounds out this batch with their modern extreme approach, offering a compelling mix of styles from melodic to extreme and everything in between.
These new names join the earlier announced headliners Bring Me The Horizon and Bad Omens, and the first wave of bands including The Plot In You, Blood Incantation, Queensrÿche, Kublai Khan TX, Malevolence, Soilwork, Rivers of Nihil, Ensiferum, Bloodred Hourglass, Majestica, Melrose Avenue, The Callous Daoboys and Neckbreakker.
With this mix of legacy icons, national and regional favorites, and fresh voices, Tuska 2026 is shaping up to be a festival that bridges generations, scenes, and styles — definitely going to be a good one again. Reserve the dates June 26th – 28th in your calendar and get your tickets now:
