Slipknot is bringing Knotfest to Finland in 2022!

Normally, Slipknot was supposed to perform in August 2021 in Turku, Finland. But we all know how that went… While rescheduling for next summer, they decided to expand their appearance and bring the craziness that is Knotfest with them to Finland on August 12 and 13, 2022! And with the announcement that Knotfest Finland is now a thing, we also got a handful of first names besides of course Slipknot:

On Friday August 12, one of Finland’s biggest metal export products Nightwish will headline with support from the highly popular Finnish band Stam1na. On Saturday August 13, of course Slipknot will be the headliner, supported by the popular UK outfit Bring Me The Horizon, the Swedish melodeath legends Arch Enemy and Finland’s “violent pop revolution” on-the-rise Blind Channel! More names for both days will be announced still in the nearby future.

An exact location hasn’t been given yet, but might be in the vicinity of the Turku harbor, more information about that soon!
