Battle Beast proved with their Jäähalli show in Helsinki that they are one of Finland’s up-and-coming heavy metal greats and can put down one hell of a show, with the support from Ensiferum and Kiuas. A production by Master Events.

Silent Planet came back to Europe with their “Superbloom” headline tour and brought with them Like Moths To Flames, VEXED and Avoid! We caught them in the beginning of February at Korjaamo in Helsinki for a great night of metalcore and alternative metal! Brought to us by TuskaLive!

Last month, both of our home countries met at a great event with some of the top of the underground metal scene like Unhoped, Rapid, Galvanizer and the very first appearance in Finland of the Belgian speed metallers of Bütcher!

Jonne Aaron seemed to radiate joy and happiness throughout his entire performance last week at Tavara-Asema in Tampere, Finland. I wish all artists would enjoy performing as much as he seemed to enjoy this gig.

Ankor has been getting a lot of attention and making new fans this past festival season in Europe, and it clearly got caught by TuskaLive as well, bringing this exciting group back to Helsinki for a completely sold-out and packed night at On The Rocks. And with the addition of special guests Conquer Divide and openers A Dark Reborn, the party was complete!

Last Friday, Stratovarius and Sonata Arctica came to Tampere’s fully packed Tavara-Asema for their “Nordic Power Titans tour 2025”. TOTO recently played a show at a full Nokia Arena in Tampere together with Christopher Cross, marking the end of their ‘The Dogz Of Oz’ European Tour. The evening delivered a great feeling of nostalgia.

Marko Hietala had a special Valentine’s gift for us when he played a sold out show at Olympia-kortteli in Tampere. The show also included appearances from Noora Louhimo and JP Leppäluoto as guest vocals on some of his songs. Thanks Master Events for the access.
