Tuhdimmat Tahdit completed the 2025 line-up with more names

Hard Rock, Heavy Metal, Industrial Metal, Melodic Metal, Modern Metal, Power Metal, Rock 'n' Roll

Tuhdimmat Tahdit, which has become the biggest rock festival in the Tampere region, announced more artists for next summer’s edition. Saturday’s headliner of the festival, which will be celebrated on July 4-5 in Tampere’s Eteläpuisto, is the legendary power metal band Blind Guardian, who have been together for a whopping 40 years. In addition, new releases include the Swedish metal band Amaranthe, the monster band Lordi, rock legend Michael Monroe, disko metallers Turmion Kätilöt, Finnish rock supergroup Moon Shot, and the 30-year-old rock’n roll trio Black Devils feat. Ile Kallio & Janne Louhivuori.

The festival will also feature the previously announced Swedish glam rock band Hardcore Superstar and hard rock band Mustasch, Battle Beast, who will release new music this spring and renew their setlist, Finntroll, bringing their troll humppa metal, and heavy metal band Kilpi, who returned to the stage last year after a five-year break. The festival will also feature the Swedish hit band HammerFall‘s only gig in Finland this year. The band, which has toured with Helloween, among others, released a new album at the end of last year and performs at the Tuhdimmat Tahdit exclusively. A rarer treat will also be served to the audience by Timo Rautiainen & Trio Niskalaukaus, who will perform a special gig called ”Itku pitkästä ilosta 25 vuotta”. At this gig, we will hear the Niskalaukaus classic album “Itku pitkästa ilosta” released in 2000 in its entirety, as well as other Niskis classics. At the same time, the band introduces its new drummer Aksu Hantu.

The festival line-up is now complete and the daily schedules will be published closer to the event.
