Tuska adds more names on their 2018 bill!

Tuska Open Air has been around for 20 years now as one of the biggest metal festivals in Finland. We’ve been lucky enough to be able to attend to this great event a few times now (for our report of this year’s edition go here) and you can always be sure of a strong line-up in which there’s a ratio of 50-50 foreign and domestic names, both big and small. They’ve already announced a bunch of cool names for the 2018 edition like Arch Enemy, Ihsahn and Europe and now they’ve added 4 more bands:

With Emperor they bring one of the big names in the black metal world. In 2017 they started to tour again extensively and now Finland will get to enjoy the dark magic of these legends. Frontman Ihsahn will actually be found on stage twice during the festival weekend since he’s there with his earlier announced solo project as well! If you want something more light and loving, our friends of Shiraz Lane have secured themselves a spot at Tuska to bring the rock to Helsinki! It’ll be especially interesting since they’ll have released their second full-length earlier in the year. The American Stick To Your Guns will be bringing their no-nonsence hardcore punk to the stage and last but not least the Dutch female-fronted The Charm The Fury will bring a dose of extremely groovy and catchy modern metal/metalcore that’ll get you moving no matter what you try…
