Counterparts release video for You’re Not You Anymore

Metalcore, News

Canadian metal/hardcore band Counterparts just kicked off a North American tour with Architects and Stick To Your Guns, and in celebration of the excursion, the band has revealed a new video for their new record’s title track, “You’re Not You Anymore”.

“The “YNYA” video is a fairly drastic change for us. We are the “who gives a shit” band when it comes to most things other than writing music, so to be able to dabble in such an artistic and professional realm is very cool. The director, Josh Halling, killed it and it feels like we made a mini movie as opposed to a music video. It’s a nice break from our usual performance heavy video style and I hope you all enjoy it”

– Brendan Murphy (vocals).

You’re Not You Anymore, is available now from Pure Noise Records. The gripping new album, You’re Not You Anymore, features 11 ferocious tracks, like “Swim Beneath My Skin”, “No Servant of Mine” and “Bouquet”, that blur the lines between hardcore and metal.
