We caught up with Wind Rose frontman Francesco Cavalieri after their explosive set at Tuske 2025 to talk viral fame, festival life, and why their music is more than just memes and mead. Catch their set at Alcatraz Festival this Friday!

We sat down with SKYND at Tuska about a month ago and had a talk about how they’ve been turning true crime into art, empathy, and community.

At Tuska 2025, one of the local acts on the KVLT Stage on the last day was The Vantages. Since they have been making quite the name for themselves in the local underground scene, it was about time for us to have a chat with them about their show there, their music, future and what they hope to achieve in the future!

We sat down with Henkka, guitarist and vocalist of the Finnish heavy metal band Tyrantti, to not only talk about their Tuska show and latest music, but to dive into their upcoming ‘Lihaa mattoon!’ event on July 12 in Helsinki where they are collaborating with FCF Wrestling to put together a highly entertaining evening filled with wrestling and heavy metal!

At Tuska this year, we sat down with Jemina and Henri from the Finnish dark folk act Noiduin to talk about how they channel their own country’s folklore, pagan history and ancestors in their music and performances, how tricky it can be to work with traditional, self-build instruments and how they hope people can connect with something deep inside themselves when listening to their music.

We sat down with Nahka-Sami of the Finnish heavy metal heroes Tyrantti to talk about their epic performance at this year’s Hellsinki Metal Festival, their new album ‘Ihmispyramidi’ and where you’ll be able to find them on a stage the coming year! Tuska 2025 is at least one of the places where you can get your shot of Tyrantti heavy metal madness…

Marko Hietala had a special Valentine’s gift for us when he played a sold out show at Olympia-kortteli in Tampere.
