New song Atra Vetosus, tour details and Immortal Frost Productions Fest!
From the hills and forests of Tasmania comes Atra Vetosus, a melodic black metal band under the wings of our very own Belgian label Immortal Frost Productions. After their formation in 2011 they presented us with a complete full length only two years later. Now in 2018, they’re returning with yet another full length album, called Apricity. Last week a first new song and clip were released, which you can watch here. Expect melodic black metal with rasping vocals where the band has taken their time to build up to a massive climax. The album comes out on February 26th.
This song is featured on the upcoming album and the track list and artwork have been released already as well.

But this is not the only news about Atra Vetosus! For the first time ever, they’re travelling to the northern hemisphere for a full European tour. With Immortal Frost Productions being a Belgian label, a date in our small home country couldn’t lack. To celebrate, the label chose to organise a whole fest with only bands from their own roster. Alongside Atra Vetosus the following acts will be appearing as well: Ars Veneficium (BE), Perennial Isolation (ESP), Drawn Into Descent (BE), Weltschmerz (NL) and Antzaat (BE). The event will take place at De Club in Mechelen (Malines) on the 7th of April.

This is only one show of the Atra Vetosus trip. They’ll be playing 16 concerts in Europe together with Perennial Isolation and our very own Drawn Into Descent. For some gigs they will be joined by a special guest, namely depressive black metal act Nocturnal Depression.
