Tuska announces a bunch of new names!

Black Metal, Death Metal, Doom Metal, Heavy Metal, Industrial, News, Rock, Stoner Rock, Thrash Metal

Tuska Open Air 2017 promises to be an edition to not miss and never forget! This summer Tuska celebrates its 20th anniversary from June 30th till July 2nd and they delivered already an impressive list of names! Last time we got to share with you the remaining headliners and a few other heavy hitters. This time they’ve released another bunch of bands that’ll take a spot on the bill for this year!

Switzerland’s finest, Tom G. Warrior lead Triptykon as well as Gothenburg-sound pioneering Soilwork have been included in the bill for Saturday July 1st. Local Finnish prowess is provided by longtime black metal stalwart Impaled Nazarene.

Additions for Tuska Friday are Finland’s premium grindcore-squad Rotten Sound, hard rock royalty Brother Firetribe and Pekko Käppi & KHHL, whose exceptional take on traditional instruments is truly something else.

For Sunday July 2nd we have added two outstanding acts: re-united local rock’n roll heroes Jimsonweed and UK-based modern metallists The Raven Age.

Besides those there have been a few really cool Finnish bands announced as well, like the industrial metal band Fear of Domination, the rock ‘n’ rollers of Sleep of Monsters, old school thrashers Demonztrator, blast from the past Mind Riot, long time serving Throes of Dawn, new kids on the black metal front Paara and the spacey stoner instrumental music from Alabama Kush…
