Sophomore release “Carnage Gathers” delivers a solid slab of primitivism from the Vancouver, British Colombia-based death metal quartet Grave Infestation. Out via Dark Descent Records on February 28th.

After a well-deserved summer break, the new season opened with a bang. Fat Bastard Promotions and Asgaard managed to book 1914, one of the most interesting bands of the last decade. Bokkerijders was chosen as support. No wonder the tickets flew out the door. After a few days, the event was hopelessly sold out.

Steelfest XII brought a great collection of stellar underground bands to the festival’s indoor stage with headliner Mysticum, the current iteration of Horna with vocalist Spellgoth, Denial of God, White Death, Diocletian and Ifernach on the first day of the 3-day fest

The outdoor stage on the 2nd day of Steelfest XII was the place for explosive and often high velocity performances by Kroda, Infernal War, Ved Buens Ende, Délétère, and Corpsessed!

The first day of Steelfest XII also brought a series of explosive and high energy performances to the outdoor stage with Unleashed, Aeternus, Hellbutcher, Craft, and Deathchain!

Earlier this year, 3 excellent Belgian bands rocked our venue Asgaard with their music. One for one bands you should check out, with hardcore/deathcore from Despite Us, modern metal from Noord and pummeling death metal from Catharsis! An event presented to us by Fly Productions!

Turmion Kätilöt came to Tampere’s Pakkahuone for a big Easter party. Along came Japanese black metal legends Sigh and Finnish melodeath doomsters Marianas Rest. An event by Nem Agency and Tullikamari Tampere.
