A couple of months ago, TuskaLive brought the highly popular Tokio Hotel to Kulttuuritalo in Helsinki for a show the was filled with positivity and love! A wonderfully theatrical experience that was amazing to see!

Nahka Agency brought a great blend of Finnish metal to Tampere’s Tavara-Asema on Friday May 16th with Amoral, Shade Empire and Voidfallen. Unfortunately the turn up wasn’t anywhere near to as much as it should have been for such a night of quality metal music.

In mid-May, Ääniwalli became a vortex of technical brutality and progressive intensity as Born of Osiris brought their tour to Helsinki. With support from death metal and deathcore juggernauts Ingested, the genre-bending Entheos, and Portugal’s The Voynich Code, the night unfolded as a showcase of modern metal’s most forward-pushing acts.

Rivers of Nihil took over Tavastia in Helsinki a couple of months ago and absolutely blew our minds at the end of our weekend back then with the help of Cynic, Beyond Creation and Dååth!

Caliban tore through Ääniwalli with their “Back From Hell Tour 2025,” backed by In Heart’s Wake, Cabal, and Assemble the Chariots. A night of relentless energy and crushing breakdowns!

Motionless In White came back to Finland back in February for their 2nd show ever in the country and brought out quite some people, filling up Helsinki’s Ice Halls nicely. And with Fit For A King to warm us up, it was an epic night! Next up: MiW’s show at Tuska Festival this summer, we’re hoping to see an epic show with some more of their usual theatrics live!

New Wave Of Finnish Heavy Metal organised a Vappu after party with Crimson Day, Everlore and Neverfade at Maanalainen in Tampere. An overall fun event full of heavy music discoveries.

Luna Kills blew the roof off On The Rocks in the beginning of April with their release show, celebrating their new album ‘DEATHMATCH’ in style, and with support Lastout to warm up the crowd, it was a great night of promising bands! In just a couple of days, Luna Kills is kickstarting their first ever European headlining tour, don’t miss out!

Heilung is always such an impressive experience, more than just another concert, it’s a ritual every time leaving us energized and exhalted by the flow of energy radiating from this collective. We really didn’t want to miss out on their last tour for awhile and caught them at their very first stop in Helsinki! They brought their good friend Eivør with them to warm up the crowd with her spellbinding voice and music, which is such a darn good match always!
