At Tuska 2025, one of the local acts on the KVLT Stage on the last day was The Vantages. Album Reviews

Tribulation’s sixth studio album “Sub Rosa in Æternum” is memorably catchy and equally haunting and perfectly fits in the gothic metal canon. Out via Century Media Records since November 1st, and comes recommended to fans of Moonspell and Type O Negative, or even more gothic rock/electro affiliated acts like Sisters of Mercy or Depeche Mode!

The third full length album “Never, Neverland” from Portland, Oregon based gothic metal Unto Others packs sixteen powerful tracks, showing that they’re back at full force and ready to take on the world, out today via Century Media Records!

Paradise Lost’s sonic architecture is still bound by the modern fashion of melodic gothic/doom, thus they seal their 16th chapter leaving you overshadowed in eerie silence.

Their full length was four years in the making and marks a significant progress over their initial EP ‘ Gehenna’, which was a bold foray into a particularly bleak style of progressive rock that took its cues from both Pink Floyd as the classic wave bands from the eighties

The refined heavy guitars riffs are the secret key for Tribulations success ,always casting their magical moments with grim vocals, and rhythmic chord lines
