One of our reporters got to fulfill her dream to see a show at the legendary Palladium on Time Square while she was in New York City and caught great shows from Dragonforce, Amaranthe, Nanowar of Steel and Edge of Paradise ripping it up, turning the night into a celebration of heavy metal!
Nita Strauss released her second album ‘Call of the Void’ on July 7th 2023. The title might sound rather depressing, but Nita explains that that’s not its intention. It’s not about jumping in a dark void, or being afraid of the dark or nothingness. It’s about the feeling to be alive, and to take a jump to something new, even if you’re scared. In the end it feels like ‘Call of the Void’ lacks unity. But all songs by itself are strong enough to tell their own story.
