Some time ago, Machine Head unveiled another taste of their upcoming album ‘UNATØNED’, set for release on April 25 via Nuclear Blast Records, with the single ‘BØNESCRAPER’! Hellsinki Metal Festival brings their tour to the Ice Halls together with support from Fleshgod Apocalypse, for one hell of a metal night on July 1st! One night, one band: MACHINE HEAD. The California based combo came to Ludwigsburg to take the audience on an almost 3 hrs ride through the band’s history. Robb Flynn and his fellow bandmates delivered a blasting show with stunning visuals, great sound, flames and lights. It was simply amazing and crowd followed actively with massive circle pits and a large number of crowdsurfers. A truly genuine concert experience!
We almost forgot to post this one… as we do every year, we ask our photographers to pick their best and most favorite captures of the past year, and 2025 brought acts like Borknagar, Doro, Machine Head, Ne Obliviscaris, Room 13, Vola, Infected Rain, Luna Kills, Kickin Valentina, Art Nation, SatchVai Band, Arkona, Kreator, Cro-Mags, Bury Tomorrow, Electric Callboy, BTL and Ankor in front of Tom V.M.’s camera!
Machine Head and Amon Amarth are well on their way on their conquest of Europe with “The Vikings & Lionhearts Tour 2022”! This time we caught them in Vorst Nationaal, Brussels, of course again with warming up by The Halo Effect.
Amon Amarth and Machine Head set the Olympiahalle in Munich, Germany on fire in front of a large gathering of metalheads being out of their minds of excitement to see these heavy metal monsters on a stage again!
Amon Amarth is always a spectacle on a stage. Add to that the US metallers Machine Head that finally managed to get to Helsinki and the supergroup The Halo Effect and you know that the night was going to be a good one!
