Alcatraz Festival kicks off 2027 ticket sales after unveiling first wave of bands

While visitors were still enjoying this year’s edition of Alcatraz Festival, the organizers already gave fans a reason to look ahead by revealing the first confirmed names for the 2027 edition. Now, with early bird ticket sales having started yesterday, the countdown to next summer has officially begun.

The first announcement already promises another strong and diverse line-up, with legendary acts, fan favourites and exciting newcomers all represented. Among the first confirmed artists are Europe, Mercyful Fate, Cavalera performing Chaos A.D., Halestorm, DevilDriver, HammerFall, Beast in Black, Kanonenfieber, Hypocrisy, Katatonia, Dethklok, Madball, Nile, Sylosis, Make Them Suffer, Feuerschwanz, Corrosion of Conformity, Wind Rose, Danko Jones, Turbonegro, Gaerea, Brand of Sacrifice, Benediction, Fulci, Valley of the Sun, Mucky Pup, Lawnmower Deth, Destructor, and more.

The announcement also features two special performances: Blood Fire Death – A Tribute to Quorthon and the Music of Bathory and John Bush – Celebrating the Songs of Anthrax 1993–2003.

Fans clearly didn’t waste any time securing their spot. The first wave of early bird tickets has already sold out, while the second and third early bird waves remain available at the time of writing. Ticket sales here.
